If you are an independent recruiter or affiliated with a recruitment agency, then working with Reflik is easy and rewarding. Here is how it works: Reflik has job requisitions from hundreds of employers. Recruiters can fill these jobs and earn a placement fee for each successful hire. They only need to register for free, review jobs and then start submitting candidates.
Our clients (employers) hire candidates submitted by recruiters. If a candidate you have submitted into the platform is hired, you will receive a placement fee. Click here to learn more about the payment process.
Reflik gives you access to hundreds of jobs from top employers across the U.S., who typically do not work with independent recruiters and agencies. Instead of spending time cold calling, negotiating contracts and getting on an approved vendor list to work on Fortune 500 enterprise jobs and collecting fees, you can spend your time recruiting more candidates by working with Reflik.
We typically provide a 60-day replacement guarantee to clients (employers). The guarantee period may vary for certain employers. In rare cases, the guarantee period will be 90 days.
If our client believes an employee found on Reflik is not the best fit during the guarantee period, and the candidate’s employment is terminated (voluntarily or due to cause), Reflik may replace that candidate at the client’s discretion, and we would then ask you to find a replacement.
Payment is subject to the candidate completing the guarantee period. If a candidate leaves before the guarantee period is over and a replacement candidate has not been identified, neither you nor Reflik will receive the placement fee.
Employers want to see candidates that they don’t already have in their database. Candidates who directly applied to a job posted by a client (employer) outside of Reflik’s portal in the preceding 180 days “belong” to the employer and not to the recruiter. If the employer hires a candidate whom they already were in contact with (in the past 180 days), neither you nor Reflik will receive credit for this referral, and the employer doesn’t owe a placement fee.
If you are the first recruiter to submit a candidate for a job, the candidate “belongs” to you for that particular client (employer) for a period of 180 days (or approximately 6 months). If the employer hires your candidate within that time frame, you earn the placement fee.
Our system prevents a candidate from being submitted twice to the same employer. In the unlikely event that duplicates do occur, the candidate ownership credit will be given to the recruiter who first submitted the candidate based on a time stamp in our system. Reflik’s Account Managers will handle such cases.
You cannot re-introduce a previously hired candidate for at least 6 months following a placement. This helps an employer avoid candidates who aren’t committed to staying at a new job, ensuring Reflik’s ability to provide exceptional service to the employers.
You “own” your candidates for 180 days (or approximately 6 months) for a specific job. So, if you submit a candidate to one of our clients, and that client hires your candidate within the next 180 days, you will be eligible for a referral reward.
Other recruiters or clients cannot search your candidates’ profiles after 180 days. Other than the employer to whom you submit a profile, your candidates’ profiles will remain confidential.
Reflik clients (employers) operate in variety of industries, including technology, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, logistics, retail and many others.
Reflik has job requisitions for roles across nearly all functions and industries, including information technology, management consulting, business development and sales, accounting and finance, management, healthcare and more. These jobs are “direct hire.” Temporary and contract positions are currently unavailable on the Reflik platform.
Once you decide what job(s) you want to work on, you can begin submitting candidates using the “applying on behalf of candidate” feature of the Reflik platform.
Step 1: Click the “apply on behalf of candidate” button located next to each job in the Jobs section of the Reflik platform. This will open up the application pane.
Step 2: Fill out the candidate’s information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and phone number are required. Attach the candidate’s resume. You must attach either a cover letter or fill out an executive summary. Answer the pre-screening questions set up by clients (employers) for a specific job. After you’ve finished filling out the application, click “Apply to this job.”
Step 3: When you have finished applying on behalf of the candidate, the candidate will receive a “right to represent” email, which will give the candidate an opportunity to accept the application. We recommend speaking with the candidate beforehand to expedite their acceptance of the application.
Once candidates hit the “Accept” button in the “right to represent” email, they will be taken to the Reflik website. Here, they can accept the application either by signing in with their LinkedIn account or by entering their information manually.

It depends on our clients’ preference. Whether or not you can post a job on job boards is indicated in the Reflik software. However, you can never disclose salary details or the name of Reflik’s client when advertising jobs on job boards or your website.
