    Job Description:

    Position Summary:  The IT Project Manager IV leads large, complex technology initiatives that deliver meaningful business value across the organization.  Successful candidates combine strong project management fundamentals with strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. They bring structure to complex situations, foster collaboration across technical and business teams, and help leaders make informed decisions by providing insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:  

    Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact

    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts to ensure successful delivery

    Understand business objectives, requirements, project risks, dependencies, and the full project lifecycle

    Anticipate risks, issues, and resource constraints early and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery

    Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes

    Provide clear, concise project performance reporting, executive communications, and recommendations to leadership

    Facilitate decision-making by presenting options, tradeoffs, risks, and solution paths

    Required Qualifications:  

    Bachelor\'s degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience which at least three (3) years supporting information technology initiatives OR eleven (11) years of related business experience 

    Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects 

    Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills 

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
