Denise has been a recruiter for 12 years and the president of Client Growth Consultants, a recruiting and consulting agency, for 3 years. Denise prides herself on creating a happy relationship between a candidate and a company, particularly in the manufacturing industry.

With their help, Denise is up to date on any client side changes. “[My recruitment methods] can’t really work when there is a lack of communication from the employer,” Denise told us. “Some companies really like to do their own thing, and not inform their recruiters about changes happening to the job descriptions, the work environment, etc.”
Before Denise can find top talent, she requires three critical details from the client. The first is a rich job description that clearly addresses relocation, salary range and job requirements. In addition, she must be aware of any changes made to the job description right away.
Second, Denise likes to know where her candidates are at every step of the recruitment process. More specifically, she would like to know if a candidate’s resume has been reviewed, rejected, or reevaluated. Last but not the least, is the ability to access the clients. This means being in constant communication with the employer, and being able to get timely feedback as well as responses to questions. With these three details in place, Denise can find the best candidates possible.
