Hi, Maria! Thanks for speaking with us. Let’s start with some background. How long have you been a recruiter?
Hi! I have been a recruiter for the past three and a half years.
What was your experience like before working on Reflik?
In general, it has been a good experience. I love recruiting! But, getting feedback from hiring managers has always been difficult.
Getting good, actionable feedback from hiring managers seems to be a common problem for the entire industry, right? How have you followed up with clients?
I used industry best practices. I built relationships. Just like everyone else, I wrote emails and made phone calls.
Makes sense. Have things been different with Reflik?
I started using Reflik like 8 months ago, more or less. I haven’t looked back. It has been such a nice experience, always knowing where my candidates are and at what stage. I can easily keep candidates posted, which is very important to filling a position.

On webinars, Account Managers share the exact information that I need to find and place the right candidates. The Account Management team at Reflik is very well informed about what is going on with a client and the hiring manager’s needs. They answer every question I have very clearly. Moreover, their comments are very actionable: I know exactly what kind of candidates to look for and how to coach my candidates to improve their chances of getting the job.
In many cases, hiring managers join their recruiting teams and Reflik’s account managers on webinars. It simply does not get better than that!
Let’s talk about second part: actually placing candidates or, in other words, filling positions. How does Reflik help you do that?
