- Identify, contact, and convert leads into customers.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- 2+ years of B2B selling experience in staffing, recruiting, Saas, or professional services; meeting and exceeding sales goals in a consultative, solutions-oriented sales environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Marketing)
- Recruiting industry knowledge and experience is preferred
- Articulate with ability to deliver effective sales presentation
- Must be tech-savvy and able to conduct web demos via GoToMeeting and Phone Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
